It’s long enough to be a proper round, short enough to fit into real life. It doesn’t feel like a compromise. It feels like a decision made on your behalf.

Our Signature holes
Hole 2
- Par 5 | Yardage: 464m
The second hole is the only par five on the redeveloped Chatswood course and plays from high tees down into a valley with a pond on the outside of the dogleg.
The tee shot must be well-placed to avoid a fairway bunker at the left side and the pond beyond at the right.
The second shot is played uphill to a landing area bunkered left and right, and from here the approach to the elevated and undulating green must be well-judged.
The green is set against a sandstone escarpment at its left side and a par here will be well-earned.

As the longest hole on the course the shots needed here will combine length and accuracy.
The View
The green is visible in the distance from the tee of this par five, with the fairway snaking up towards it, so the golfer immediately knows the task ahead.
The Challenge
The challenge at the 2nd is in keeping your ball safely out of the carefully placed hazards along the length of the hole.
Hole 3
- Par 3 | Yardage: 183m
The first of the par threes at Chatswood is a spectacular downhill hole based upon the challenge of the old third hole.
Multiple tees are provided that give a range of lengths and angles to play the hole and the main hazard is the large lake in the base of the valley.
There is a good section of fairway before the green, one of the largest putting surfaces on the course, with a single bunker guarding the right side.
A step in the green separates the front section from the rear, and golfers will be well-advised to note the pin position before playing their tee-shot.
A par three here will be a more than satisfactory result.

A sensible shot will leave the golfer at the front of the green, with a simple putt or a chip to the pin.
The View
The most iconic view on the golf course is from this tee across the lake to the 3rd green, with the clubhouse and apartments looking down from behind.
The Challenge
Carrying the water is the first – and most important – challenge on this hole and once over, the next challenge is in judging the approach shot to get on the same level as the pin.
Hole 11
- Par 4 | Yardage: 238m
While short in metres, the 11th hole really packs a punch.
The 11th hole is a redeveloped version of the old 17th hole which plays from elevated tees across Swaines Creek to an undulating fairway with a sandstone escarpment along the right side.
The green has been moved back from the old hole and is now set at a risk-and-reward length for better golfers. They must ask themselves whether the risk of going for the green in one from the tee is worth it, given the many hazards around the green ready to grab a stray tee shot.

Accuracy and placement are the requirements here.
Shorter hitters should position their tee shot up the right side, just short of the fairway bunker, for a straightforward pitch into the green that avoids the front left green side bunker.
The safe play from the tee is out to the lower left portion of the fairway, but this requires a tricky uphill approach directly over the green side bunker.
The View
The view from the tee is dramatic with the creek in the foreground and the green in the distance.
The Challenge
If the golfer gets greedy at the 11th they may well live to regret it. Temptation can be very tempting!

Fine‑tune your game before you tee off, or spend a little longer working on the details after your round. Our on‑site practice facilities are designed for warm‑ups, quick sessions or a relaxed hit when time allows.
- Practice Putting Green - ideal for sharpening your shot game and getting a feel for the pace before heading out
- Practice Nets - perfect for loosening up, refining your swing or working on something specific at your own pace
Whether you’re arriving early to warm up or staying late to dial things in, it’s an easy way to make more of your time on course.
Course Etiquette
A few things that make the course better for everyone – including you.
- Dress Code - We keep things relaxed but respectful. Enclosed shoes are required, singlets are not permitted but T shirts, polos and casual golf appropriate attire are welcome.
- Pace of Play - To help everyone enjoy their round, please keep pace with the group ahead of you. The expected playing time is around 3 hours for 12 holes.
- Safety First - Wait until the group ahead is clear and don’t be shy about calling “Fore!”.
- Golf Carts - Golf carts are available and must be used responsibly. A waiver will need to be signed prior to use. Red “P” restrictions apply and must be observed at all times.

Respect on the Course - We ask all players to be mindful of their surroundings. Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for nearby residents, and treat fellow golfers, staff and the course with courtesy and consideration.

Caring for the Course - Looking after the course helps keep it in great condition for everyone. Please remember to repair pitch marks on the greens, replace divots on fairways and rake bunkers after use.
Getting here
Located on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, a short drive from the CBD.
Parking is on-site across multiple levels. Take the lift down to the ground floor and you’ll find the pro shop right there.
We have a large lift that will fit your buggy or cart located externally on every level.
