MEMBERSHIPS
What's included in a membership?
Membership inclusions vary by tier, with options across Golf, Wellness and All Access. Benefits can include golf competition access, complimentary social play, early tee time bookings, Gym & Pool access, group fitness classes, dining discounts, member events, and access to club facilities.
Are there joining fees or upfront costs?
We have no joining fees. Memberships are offered on an annual basis, with pricing dependent on the category selected. Some memberships offer direct debit options, while others require upfront payment.
Can I upgrade or change my membership type?
Yes, members can explore upgrading to a different membership tier. Our team can assist with options based on availability and membership structure.
Will my membership auto-renew after 12 months?
No. Memberships are structured on an annual basis. Renewal terms will be outlined at the time of joining or within your membership agreement.
Can I cancel my membership?
Memberships are committed on a 12-month term. Any cancellation requests are subject to the terms and conditions of your membership agreement.
Are there / will there be social golf memberships?
Golf memberships currently include both competition and social play access.
GOLF COURSE
Do I need to book tee times in advance?
Yes, tee times should be booked in advance to secure your preferred time.
I can't make my tee time. How do I cancel?
Tee times can be cancelled by contacting the team. We recommend cancelling as early as possible to allow availability for other players.
Do you offer equipment hire?
Yes. Carts, clubs and buggy hire are available at the pro shop. We encourage you to secure equipment hire at the time of booking.
Are lessons or coaching available?
We do not currently offer lessons or coaching but are working on it!
Do you run competitions or social events?
Yes. Members have access to regular competitions which are launching in July and curated social events throughout the year.
How long does it take to play 12 holes?
A typical round of 12 holes takes approximately 2 hours 45 minutes off peak, and 3 hours 20 minutes during peak times.
Is there a dress code for the golf course and clubhouse?
We keep things relaxed but respectful. Enclosed shoes are required, singlets are not permitted but T shirts, polos and casual golf appropriate attire are welcome.
Is the course suitable for beginners?
Yes. The course is designed to be enjoyable for all skill levels, from new players through to experienced golfers.
Can I bring my own golf cart?
Private carts may be permitted subject to club guidelines. Please contact the team prior to your visit.
What are the golf opening hours
Course access hours vary seasonally and are aligned with daylight. Current tee times and availability can be viewed via the booking system. Our golf shop is staffed from 6am – 6pm daily.
Is the course open in all weather conditions?
Play is subject to weather and course conditions. In the event of closures, updates will be communicated via the booking platform or directly by the team.

What type of events can I host at Newgreens
Newgreens is designed to host a wide range of events, including corporate functions, conferences, golf days, weddings, birthdays, and private celebrations.
What is the capacity of the event spaces?
Newgreens offers a range of versatile spaces, from intimate rooms for small groups through to a ballroom accommodating up to 160 guests seated or 200 for cocktail-style events.
Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes. Newgreens offers tailored wedding packages designed to create a personalised experience, with curated menus, beverage packages, and flexible styling options.
Can I book the venue exclusively?
Exclusive use of spaces may be available depending on the event and booking requirements. Our team can work with you to tailor the layout and level of privacy to suit your event.
Do you provide AV equipment?
Yes. Selected spaces include built-in AV and smart technology, supporting presentations, conferences and hybrid events.
Is there a dedicated events team?
Yes. Our events team will work with you from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every detail is considered and seamlessly executed.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weddings and peak event periods. Availability can vary depending on the space and event type.
Can menus be customised?
Yes. Menus can be tailored to suit your event, with a range of food and beverage packages available and the flexibility to create a bespoke offering.

Can anyone visit Newgreens?
Yes. Newgreens welcomes both members and non-members across golf, dining and events, with select experiences and bookings available to the public.
Is Newgreens wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Newgreens is a family-friendly precinct and children are welcome. Baby change facilities are available on site.

Yes. On-site parking is available for guests visiting Newgreens. You are welcome to park on any level.

Walk-ins are welcome where availability allows, however bookings are recommended for golf, dining and events to avoid disappointment.
