FAQs
What's the minimum/maximum group size?
The shotgun format runs from a minimum of 36 up to 60 players. Smaller groups are also welcome – we’ll book individual tee times rather than a full shotgun round.
Do you provide clubs for guests who don't own their own?
Yes – standard and premium (Callaway) club hire is available on request.
Can non-golfers join the group for lunch/drinks only?
Absolutely! Get in touch with the team and we can tailor a package to suit your group.
What happens if it rains?
Golf is an outdoor game, so light rain does not automatically mean your event will be cancelled. Our course remains open unless the Course Superintendent deems it unplayable due to weather or course conditions.
- If the course is closed before play begins, your group may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- If carts are not permitted but the course remains open, cart hire charges will be refunded.
- If your group has started play and the course later becomes unplayable due to changing weather conditions, refunds or reschedules are not available.
- We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast in the lead-up to your event and making any changes at least 7 days prior to your booking date.
