What are the benefits of joining now if the course doesn’t open until Q1 2026?
Joining now means you can start enjoying your membership benefits immediately – even before the golf course officially opens. You’ll also get a front-row seat to the course’s development. Here’s what that looks like for each membership type:
- Golf Membership
Get early access to all non-golf member benefits, including wellness facilities, Tempo and Dodici hospitality perks, and precinct-wide discounts. Your 12-month golf membership will only begin once the course opens, giving you up to 18 months of value for the price of one. - All Access Membership
Unlock full access to wellness, hospitality, and social spaces right away. Like Golf Members, your 12-month golf access will begin when the course opens, extending your overall value. - Wellness Membership
Start using the gym, pool, and wellness facilities immediately. You’ll also enjoy exclusive precinct-wide discounts and invitations to member-only events – no need to wait for the course to open.
Will my membership auto-renew after the first year?
Memberships will not auto-renew without your consent. You’ll be notified ahead of time with renewal options and any updates to benefits or pricing.

Will there be junior golf memberships or programs?
Junior memberships are not currently available, but we’re actively developing future programs. Stay tuned for updates.
GOLF COURSE
Will there be social golf memberships?
Not at this stage. However, public tee times will be available and can be booked subject to availability.
Can I trial the golf course before joining?
While we don’t currently offer trial memberships, you’re welcome to book a public tee time (subject to availability) to experience the course first-hand.
How do I stay updated on new offerings?

FACILITIES & ACCESS
Can I bring my kids to the gym and pool?
At this stage, the gym and pool are designed for adult use only and are not configured for child access.
Can I bring my dog to Newgreens?
Yes – dogs are welcome at Tempo! To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please enter via the service elevators and follow the doggy footprints to the designated outdoor dining area. We ask that dogs remain on a lead and are well-behaved during your visit.
Is there a dress code for the golf course or clubhouse?
Yes, a smart casual dress code applies. Golf-specific attire is required on the course. Full guidelines will be shared prior to opening.
