Dodici’s menu is a reflection of authentic Italian traditions, elevated by the creative vision of Head Chef Fabio Durepetti, whose culinary artistry has earned acclaim for its bold flavours and refined execution.
Taste exclusive dishes including the whimsical ‘Tiramisushi’, a playful reinterpretation of tiramisu that’s as delightful to look at as it is to eat. Our house-made pastas, such as Cappelletti in Brodo d’Anatra and Pappardelle al Ragu di Cervo, showcase Fabio’s mastery of traditional techniques and his flair for pairing unexpected ingredients like blueberry pasta with slow-cooked venison.

Originally from the Marche region of Italy, Fabio’s passion for food was shaped by the rustic traditions and seasonal ingredients of his homeland, where he first learned the craft of Italian cooking.
Known for his work at Unico in Five Dock, Fabio brings a unique blend of passion and precision to Dodici, crafting dishes that are both comforting and sophisticated.
