As we move closer to opening day, Sydney’s North Shore is preparing to welcome Newgreens Chatswood, a destination where Italian-inspired dining, wellness, lifestyle, and community come together in a beautifully designed precinct. From fairways to fitness, hospitality to event spaces, each corner is coming to life, and we want to take you along for the journey.
Work is progressing steadily across the golf course as we prepare to introduce a completely new kind of golf experience to Chatswood. Our 12-hole layout is designed for modern play faster rounds, more flexibility, and the same premium feel of a championship course.
We’re on track to open later this year, and we’ll be sharing more details as we get closer.

Inside Dodici, dinning will be a journey through the heart of Italy, reimagined with elegance. Situated on the top floor of the clubhouse, Dodici will feature a light-filled interior that flows onto a generous alfresco terrace with panoramic views over the valley. Elegant furnishings, soft lighting, and lush greenery will create a warm yet upscale ambiance, designed to make every guest feel welcome.
Head Chef Fabio Durepetti, originally from Italy’s Marche region and formerly of Unico in Five Dock, is crafting a menu of signature dishes that combine creativity and precision. Guests can expect delights such as whimsical Tiramisushi, house-made pastas like Cappelletti in Brodo d’Anatra, seafood delights including Spaghetti al Nero with squid ink pasta, king prawns, and lobster bisque, and impressive sharing plates like the 1kg Fiorentina T-bone and Rotolo di Salsiccia al Forno cooked by the metre in a wood-fired oven. Dodici’s wine program will feature approximately 80% organic-certified selections from Italy, Australia, and exclusive hidden gems, perfectly complementing the food and elevating the dining experience.
On the ground floor, Tempo Café & Bistro will bring lively, approachable energy with Mediterranean-inspired grab-and-go items, hot and cold dishes, and all-day coffee and bites, perfect for golfers and guests on the move. Think gourmet sandwiches and wraps, Sicilian Bolognese arancini, signature pork sausage rolls, daily pinsa specials, and more.
Our tables have arrived at Dodici, the final touches are almost complete, and we’re getting closer to opening our doors and letting Chef Fabio share his talents. Meanwhile, our wellness precinct is shaping up beautifully, with gym equipment, a heated pool, and studio spaces ready for movement, recovery, and wellbeing. Membership packages are being finalised, and you can register your interest via the Expression of Interest Form. Landscaping, signage, and communal areas are all receiving finishing touches, adding to the excitement as Newgreens comes to life.
